Normally, in none of the posts I shared, my file layout was not as organized as the ones I shared in this post. Unlike my other posts, I spent a little more effort for this post. That's why I spent a lot of effort on this model. For a group aiming for the best quality, it would be appropriate to share a model made with the best quality. They're just doing what they love and trying to put together a very nice mod for us. ![]() The project they are doing is a very solid project and they do not make even 1 dollar from this project. There are a few things I want to say before I make the comments about the post. This model is a crowbar model of the Black Mesa: Blue Shift mod released by H.E.C.U.

The 2 bullies contemplating if they should go look inside girls windows to watch them undress late on Halloween night. Again, some parents might be good with it where some of the references would go over a younger audience's head. There is just a lot for this to really be viewed much younger than 13. There is also a mild drug reference between the bullies and the main character. There is also a reference to Allison's (the teenage girl's) cleavage. There's also lots of cleavage present throughout the movie between one of the witch costumes and the mother's madonna costume. Additionally, when the sisters (witches) get on the bus, the bus driver hits on them and when they say they want children, it is implied that he could get all of them pregnant "after a few tries". Also, the boy is only 16, but it is almost implied that it is weird that he is still a virgin. While a younger audience might not understand the reference, it comes up enough to possibly be asked about it. Examples include the 16 year old brother snuggling a pillow and pretending it's his crush and numerous references to him being a "virgin". While the Halloween violence is minimal, there are numerous sexual innuendos in this movie that are shocking for a movie that seems to be aimed for kids. The issue is that the PG rating is too low for what the movie contains. This is a cute Halloween flick without too much gore. ![]() LibreWolf is to Firefox what Ungoogled-Chromium is to Chrome. The other handy feature in this menu is the ability to clear a cell’s output. You can also go here to change a cell’s type, although I personally find the toolbar to be more intuitive for that. The Cell menu allows you to run one cell, a group of cells, or all the cells. The Insert menu is just for inserting cells above or below the currently selected cell. This is also where you would go if you want to mess about with the cell’s toolbar. You can also toggle Line Numbers within cells on or off. The View menu is useful for toggling the visibility of the header and toolbar. If you see a greyed out menu item, try changing the cell’s type and see if the item becomes available to use. For example, a code cell cannot have an image inserted into it, but a Markdown cell can. The reason for this is that they do not apply to the currently selected cell. Note that some of the items in this menu are greyed out. This is also where you would go if you wanted to delete, split, or merge a cell. This allows you to create checkpoints that you can roll back to if you need to. I think the most interesting menu item is the Save and Checkpoint option. This is also where you would go to rename a Notebook. In it, you can create a new Notebook or open a preexisting one. This article won’t go into detail for every single option in every menu, but it will focus on the items that are unique to the Notebook application. Home scanning with a dedicated film scanner or a flatbed scanners is a big challenge but if mastered correctly it can provide you the artistic freedom over the final image which a lab unfortunately cannot do, simply because they have to guess your interpretation of the negative. Some benefits of using a Gantt chart include the following: What are the benefits of using a Gantt chart? In this more complex project example, tracking relationships and dependencies among the various tasks may be difficult. It has several chart libraries that work well for data visualization. With some programming knowledge, JavaScript can be used. Gantt charts can also be created using software like Microsoft Excel. A vertical line is used to represent the report date. As the project progresses, secondary bars, arrowheads or darkened bars may be added to indicate completed tasks, or the portions of tasks completed. For example, conducting research and choosing software may happen during the same time span. Using the same example, put "conduct research" at the top of the vertical axis and draw a bar on the graph that represents the amount of time anticipated for the research, then enter the other tasks below the first one with representative bars at the points in time when they'll be undertaken. Horizontal bars of varying lengths represent the sequences, timing, and time span for each task. For example, if the project is choosing new HR software, major tasks might be: conduct research, choose software and install software. It has a vertical axis representing the project tasks. How to build a Gantt chartĪ Gantt chart is constructed with a horizontal axis representing the total time span of the project, broken down into increments - days, weeks or months. Gantt charts can be useful in Agile to compare an old plan to a proposed change and to see what effect the change has on the overall plan. Project teams using the Agile approach set their own goals and use continuous customer feedback to update their plan in real time. Because they display project information linearly, they work particularly well with Waterfall, where customer expectations are collected at the beginning of a project, and a linear plan is devised to meet them. ![]() Managers can see the amount of time each process takes and designate resources accordingly.īoth the Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies make use of Gantt charts. Project planners can coordinate resource allocation with the project schedule. Managers can set deadlines, milestones and schedules for various project components. The charts also show which goals were met on schedule, helping managers gauge employee productivity. Project managers can see if individual tasks are completed on time and adjust the project schedule. This is valuable information to have when managing projects for the following reasons: They show the order in which they tasks should be done and the time needed to complete them. They present in one chart all the tasks in a project. Gantt charts are one of the many project management tools. Today, Gantt charts are widely used as part of project management software. They also made the charts easier to change and suitable for more applications. Computers enabled more complex Gantt charts. Until the 1980s, Gantt charts were limited in complexity and were hand-drawn. ![]() Some of the earliest ones were used in World War I at munitions manufacturing plants to help manage the unprecedented production requirements to support war efforts.
